Our route leads through lush vegetation to the first viewpoint on the <em>Bocaleones River<\/em>, which offers a unique view of the gorge that cuts through the landscape.<\/p>\n<p>After about 700m we begin descending to the river bed, where we have to be careful, as some paths are relatively steep. On this section we can observe the breeding grounds of the impressive lion vulture up close.<\/p>\n<p>We continue towards <em>La Garganta Verde<\/em> (the green gorge) and the Hermitage, the large cave with imposing crimson and white rock walls and stalactites. Without a doubt one of the most magical places in the entire <em>Sierra de Grazalema<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly afterwards, the hiking trail becomes narrower until we reach the last vantage point of our tour, the up to 400m high cliffs on the <em>Cerrada<\/em>. From here it goes back to the starting point of the hiking tour.<\/p>\n<p>After this unique natural spectacle, we first need a strengthening.
