November 2016 war es wieder soweit.\">On 30th November 2016 our tour highlight took place again. <\/span><span title=\"Unsere spektakul\u00e4re Abenteuer-Wandertour Caminito del Rey stand wieder einmal auf dem Programm.\">Our spectacular adventure hiking tour <strong>Caminito del Rey<\/strong> was once more on the agenda. <\/span><span title=\"Und es war einmal mehr ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. \">And it was anew an unforgettable experience.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Doch zun\u00e4chst m\u00f6chte ich mit einem Mythos aufr\u00e4umen: Der als K\u00f6nigspfad bekannte Klettersteig in der Sierra de M\u00e1laga ist der einstmals \u201egef\u00e4hrlichste Weg\u201c der Welt.\">But first of all, I would like to clean up a myth: The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/travel\/travel_news\/article-2986137\/The-world-s-dangerous-path-Spain-s-El-Caminito-del-Rey-reopens-public.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via ferrata known as the &#8220;King&#8217;s Pathway&#8221;<\/a> in the <strong>Sierra de M\u00e1laga<\/strong> is the once &#8220;most dangerous way&#8221; in the world. <\/span><span title=\"Ein Etikett, da\u03b2 heute nat\u00fcrlich so nicht mehr zutrifft.\">A label that today is no longer applicable, as it is not that hazardous anymore<\/span><span title=\"Gef\u00e4hrlich ist der neue Caminito nicht mehr.\">. <\/span><span title=\"Mit neuen Holzplanken auf den Stahltr\u00e4gern, mit Sicherheitsleinen f\u00fcr die Wanderer, mit Maschendraht an den H\u00e4ngen, die Steinschl\u00e4ge verhindern sollen, ist er sicherer geworden.\">With new wooden planks on the steel beams, with safety lines for the hikers, with wire mesh on the slopes that should prevent stone chips, it has become safer. <\/span><span title=\"Und dennoch, die Wandertour zu absolvieren ist immer noch ein einmaliges Abenteuer-Erlebnis, die Aufregung und Nervenkitzel birgt. \">And yet, to complete the hiking tour is still a unique adventure experience, which contains excitement and thrill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Um die gesamte Strecke zu absolvieren brauchten wir etwa dreieinhalb Stunden.\">In order to complete the whole route we needed about three and a half hours. <\/span><span title=\"Dabei wird einem das kaum bewusst, da der Weg abwechselnd durch nat\u00fcrliche Waldwege und \u00fcber die eigentlichen Klettersteige f\u00fchrt.\">One is hardly aware of this since the path is varied as it leads alternately through natural forest paths and the actual fixed rope route. <\/span><span title=\"Mal abgesehen von der imposanten Aussicht aus luftiger H\u00f6he auf die Gaitanes-Schlucht. \">Apart from the imposing view from the airy heights to the <strong>Gaitanes<\/strong> gorge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Zur H\u00e4lfte der Wandertour legten wir unsere Mittagsrast mit \u00fcppigem Lunchpaket ein.\">Half the hiking tour we put our lunch with a sumptuous lunch package. <\/span><span title=\"Eine willkommene Pause an einem Felsvorsprung mit einmaligem Panorama \u00fcber das gesamte Tal. \">A welcome break on a rocky promontory with a unique panorama over the whole valley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Das absolute Highlight des Caminito del Rey ist ohne Zweifel die zu \u00fcberquerende H\u00e4ngebr\u00fccke fast am Ende der Wanderweges.\">The absolute highlight of the hiking tour <strong>Caminito del Rey<\/strong> is undoubtedly the crossing of the steely rope bridge almost at the end of the hiking trail. <\/span><span title=\"Eine filigrane Stahlkonstruktion, die die beiden sich gegen\u00fcberliegenden Felsw\u00e4nde der Schlucht miteinander verbindet.\">A filigree steel structure that connects the two opposite rock faces of the canyon. <\/span><span title=\"Achtung, der Boden dieser Br\u00fccke besteht aus einem Stahlgitter, das freie Sicht in die Tiefen der Schlucht bietet: atemberaubend!
